Mission & Vision

healthy posture and freedom of movement for Germany's children

We are committed to ensuring that children can move like children. Our mission: freedom of movement for Germany's children through a healthy posture. Pain-Free Future is a non-profit association based in Baden-Baden, which works preventively, actively and permanently to prevent posture problems in schoolchildren and correct posture errors. A healthy back for the children, so that all doors in life are open to them.

A pain-free
Childhood for everyone

In a world where endless opportunities await every child, we see a future in which laughter is not clouded by the shadow of pain.

We dream of a time when posture defects and avoidable pain no longer limit our children's potential and zeal.

Our vision is to use innovation and technology — in particular the magic of artificial intelligence — to identify and correct such posture errors at an early stage so that they do not become lifelong problems.

In the next 2 years, we have big plans in Germany: to reach 100,000 children in 5,000 schools.

With the collaboration of dedicated experts, advanced research, and a community of supporters, we strive to make a significant change in the quality of life for our children.

To achieve this goal, our educational film, posture reports and exercise recommendations are available in several languages.
Because every child, regardless of their background, deserves to look at a bright future without pain.

Working together for more back health in Germany's schools

Our founding story
Every big project starts with a personal story, with a spark that develops into a blazing fire. At “Pain-Free Future Children's Foundation e.V.”, this spark lies in the founder's childhood memories. Alexander Srokovskyi suffered from severe scoliosis, with all its pain and uncertainty. But this gave rise to a vision: to enable other children to live pain-free lives. The young family man founded the association together with his wife Jessica. Their shared passion for health and deep family ties drove groundbreaking developments and strong partnerships to make their vision a reality. The commitment of the Srokovskyi family shows how a better future can be created for many children from personal suffering and joint strength.

Our methodology
Our initiative to improve posture among students starts with arranging a fixed schedule for posture days with the school. On these days, the children take part in a posture analysis and receive exercises adapted to their posture and guidance from specialized doctors, therapists and health trainers. Teachers and parents have access to valuable knowledge. With fun and joy, the children learn simple and quick exercises to improve their posture. These exercises are repeated in (sports) lessons and daily during breaks, supported by attached learning boards. The result of these measures is a significant reduction in incorrect posture and the prevention of subsequent damage. In the long term, this leads to a healthier back for children and a lasting relief for the health system.

Our board

Aleksandr Srokovskyi

Founder & Board
My mission to provide children with a pain-free and healthy future is deeply rooted in my own story. As a child, I myself suffered from severe scoliosis, which brought me not only physical but also emotional challenges. This experience has shaped and inspired me to create a world in which children do not have to experience such pain and limitations. With passion, expertise and tireless commitment, I work to develop innovative solutions that identify posture imbalances at an early stage and correct them with little time and lots of fun. It is my heartfelt desire to give every child the opportunity to discover the world without worries.

FAQ

How does your work differ from other organizations?
“Pain-Free Future Children's Foundation e.V.” is an association of medical experts. Our unique technology makes it possible to efficiently screen children's posture in just a few minutes. In addition, we offer children an individual exercise program that reprograms the central nervous system and effectively improves posture with just 1 to 3 minutes of daily training (depending on the initial situation). However, our vision goes even further: We want to establish postural hygiene in schools and make valuable health knowledge accessible, simple and sustainable for every child.
How do you identify posture defects in children at an early stage?
We use smart technology that enables easy posture screening. The special thing about this is that this screening can easily be carried out with any mobile phone or tablet without the children having to undress.
